Minnesota Congresswoman Rep. Ilhan Omar said it’s a matter of when, not if, President Donald Trump will be impeached and she’s not worried about House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and others not moving ahead right now, she is wishing all this because president Trump’s petition to Deport and indict her is gaining ground.
Ilhan Omar said on CBS’s face the nation, “It is OK for some people to have hesitations, for other people to catch up to where some of us have been for a very long time.”
The Congress woman from Minnesota and New York’s Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, with Michigan’s Rashida Tlaib and Ayanna Pressley of Massachusetts, refer to themselves as “the Squad” and drew repeated attacks from President Donald Trump.
President of the United States Donald Trump has pointed out rep Ilhan Omar and Tlaib over what he’s called their “hatred” of Israel. A plan by the two to visit Israel in August sparked unending controversy because they support a boycott of the Israel because of how they treated the people of Palestine.
Rep. Ilhan Omar hope that Israeli will make a difference decision as Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is standing for re-election on Tuesday, she also wish that the people should “recognize that his existence, his policies, his rhetoric really is an alternative to the peace, and we are praying that that region receives the peace soon.”
The Israeli prime minister vows to annex West Bank territory if he is voted back to office. But Rep. Ilhan Omar also said this would kill the so-called two-state solution of peace between Israel and Palestine people.
She also said, “My constituency sent me to make sure that I was bringing in a conversation that others weren’t having, that I was speaking for people who felt voiceless for a long time.” It’s time to send her back.
